How long does a phone repair take?
Screen and battery replacements on common models are done in about 45 minutes while you wait. Charging ports and cameras take one to two hours. Water damage and board-level faults need 24 hours to 5 days depending on the corrosion.
Do you charge for diagnosis?
Diagnosis is free. We tell you the exact cost before a single screw comes out, and you decide from there. If you would rather not repair it, there is nothing to pay.
Do you offer pickup and drop in Tirur?
Yes, and it is free within Tirur town. We also cover Tanur, Triprangode, Valanchery, Kottakkal and Parappanangadi — a small distance charge applies beyond the town limits.
What warranty do I get?
Six months on parts and labour for most repairs, three months on water damage and board-level work since liquid damage can progress. The exact period is printed on your invoice.
Can you recover data from a phone that will not switch on?
Often yes. We repair the board far enough to boot it and pull the data, or read the storage directly. Bring it in without attempting to charge or dry it yourself.
