Storage chips survive almost everything that kills a phone — water, a fall onto tile, a failed update, a shorted charging line. Bring the device in without trying to revive it yourself and there is a good chance we get your photos, chats and contacts back.

Water-damaged and dead phones
We repair the board far enough to boot the device, pull the data, then tell you whether the phone is worth repairing properly.
Broken screen, phone still alive
The fastest case. We fit a test panel, unlock with your passcode and copy everything to a drive you take home.
Deleted or formatted photos
Accidental delete, a factory reset, or a card that asks to be formatted. Recovery rate depends on what has been written since.
Chip-off and direct storage read
When the board cannot be revived, we read the storage chip directly under the microscope.
Before you bring it in
Five things that decide how much we can recover.
- Stop charging a wet phone. Power through a corroded board destroys data.
- Do not put it in rice. It traps moisture against the board and wastes a day.
- Do not keep switching it on to check. Every attempt costs you recoverable data.
- Bring the charger and, if you have it, the box with the IMEI.
- Have your passcode ready — we cannot bypass it, and we will not try.
How we price it
The inspection tells you exactly what is recoverable, and what it will cost, before you commit. On standard cases, if we recover nothing you pay only the inspection. You see a full file list and thumbnails of your photos before paying the recovery fee, and you choose what gets copied.
Your data, handled properly
Devices are stored locked. Only the assigned technician touches your job. Nothing is copied except to the drive you take home, and our working copy is wiped once you confirm you have everything. We do not unlock devices that are not yours — proof of ownership is required on every job.
